Overview
Renovated from its historic origins as a residential hotel for women, founded in 1927, this spacious Condominium now serves as the home of a prominent art collector and an expansive, thoughtfully curated collection.
State-of-the-art recessed lighting was strategically integrated to illuminate more than fifty artworks, while each wall was finished in a custom-designed paint colour selected to enhance the individual works on view.
To further elevate the spatial and experiential quality of the collection, custom furniture and furnishings were designed, fabricated, and carefully selected—grounding the gallery-like setting in the warmth and intimacy of home.
The foyer is designed as a cinematic moment that signals the beginning of a dramatic sequence of the rooms to follow.

This group of lithographs from Jasper Johns, 0–9, framed in soft palladium gilt leaf, served as the basis for a custom paint colour developed specifically for the installation. The resulting warm grey–mauve field—now offered within our paint colour collection as Jasper Johns, —is paired with calibrated full-spectrum lighting to reveal the works’ formal nuance, tonal variation, and structural rhythm with clarity and restraint.

The bedroom was conceived as a serene sanctuary, gently shaped by the client’s temperament. Its generous volume offers a quiet pause from the rhythm of the streets below. A natural colour palette, layered with subtle finishes and textures, creates a deeply personal and restorative retreat.
